Friday evening ride

Well after a hectic week of work, i finally got out on the bike, fortunately the long weekend made for a quite Friday thus allowing me to get out.

I started with ambitions of doing significant climbing, but after 15 miles, i was suffering from some sever rot gut. Figures! Oh well i was also heading down 441 south and got sick of the truck traffic and decided that climbing turkey hill would have to wait for when I'm in a group.

I turned up anchor road, and then weaved my way back to Columbia then on home. I felt good when i left the house, but towards the end i wasn't all that motivated. My right knee wasn't doing all that well either. I hope to get more riding in this weekend, and hopefully condition the knee, it hasn't bothered me in some time.

Time will tell.
