So after much research i decided on a pair of running shoes. I wanted something versatile for trail and pavement. Make no mistake these beasts are best used on dirt and off road. But since I run dirty, i figured these would be good.

What I like about the shoes are the fit. Man they fit and feel really great. Even though i was running on pavement the cushioning and support was really good. I got no aches in either my knees or shins.
The biggest feature that I like is the Fully attached tongue of the shoe. It keeps the tongue in place, and thus you stay comfortable.
