Labor Day Ride

Yesterday, I got to ride the southern section of York county on new roads. Well not new in the sense of new pavement, just that me and my Masi have never been on them. While i was going out with guys from the shop and Will, I decided that since i was close to home I would let it ride, and see how my body reacted. Well they say you can't get better unless you ride with people who are better.

For the most part i thought i rode pretty well, especially for the first 3/4 of the ride. We ended up along the good ole Susquehanna, and i had forgotten that the there were some huge climbs. So we had to climb about two miles out away from the river. Yeah that sucked. Needless to say i was slow, at points i had to line myself up with stationary objects to see if i was still moving, but alas i made it to the top.

What i did notice was that my recover is getting better, so there is hope.
